He is also an accredited attorney with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Carlo has experience representing a diverse range of people, including adults and seniors, married couples and single individuals, traditional and non-traditional families, and of all levels of net worth. When meeting with clients, Carlo aims to put his clients at ease by listening carefully to his clients identify their goals, issues, and concerns. He analyzes each client's unique financial and personal situation and develops an appropriate plan of action.

After receiving his bachelor's degree from Cameron University in Oklahoma and his master's degree from the University of Cincinnati in Ohio, Carlo earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he received Certificates of Merit for achieving the highest grade in Research & Writing and Advanced Writing. He was also selected to serve as the Managing Editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Journal of Practical and Clinical Law and a student attorney in Cooley's Estate Planning Clinic.
